2.     Complete the on-line registration form

3.     Press “submit”

4.     Your registration will be forwarded to the Conference Secretariat and downloaded directly onto the database

5.     The data that you input will appear on your registration record on the official Conference database

Registration fees include:

 - Access to all conference sessions

�         African theme dinner, Monday 7th September

Please note that all meals are included in the accommodation rate offered at Champagne Sports Resort and NOT in the registration fee.

 

Delegates who are not staying at Champagne Sports Resort will be subject to a meal levy of R2,500 per person.  This meal levy is to cover the cost of the following meals:

 

                Lunches and 2 x tea / coffee breaks for Monday through to Friday

                African theme dinner on Monday night

                Gala dinner on Thursday night

 

Should you wish to have dinner in the restaurant at Champagne Sports Resort on any other night, the cost will be R130 per person and you will need to settle the bill with the restaurant directly.

* NB Accommodation Rates are based on a 6 night package. This is a fixed cost, and the full amount is due irrespective of the number of nights booked.
